Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. This timeframe allows you to properly evaluate your timepiece while ensuring we can promptly address any concerns.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The watch must be in its original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
- The watch must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- The protective films on the crystal and case back must remain intact
- The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
Due to the precision nature of our timepieces and authentication requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized watches (including engraved timepieces)
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
- Watches with removed or damaged protective seals
- Timepieces that have been sized, worn, or altered in any way

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the watch in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, our watch specialists will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
